Ms. Kavita Shirvaikar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. She has over 26 years of experience in the infrastructure sector and a strong background in finance and project management.

Ms. Shirvaikar has been a key figure in the Company’s strategic and financial management. Her leadership has been instrumental in steering the Company through challenging financial landscapes, particularly in areas like debt restructuring, fund management and overall revival of the Company. Over her decade long tenure with the Company, she has been instrumental in implementing key systems and leading major projects, establishing strong client relationships and her experience in finance gives a fine balance of business acumen and cost controls.

Ms. Shirvaikar joined the Company as Vice President (Finance) and quickly rose through the ranks due to her exceptional financial acumen and leadership skills. In a span of just three years, she was promoted to the Board of the Company in April 2017, reflecting her significant contributions to the Company's growth and stability.

Before being appointed as Managing Director, she served as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Whole Time Director, where she played a pivotal role in managing the Company’s treasury, arranging debt and raising equity, overlooking execution at key project sites and presenting financial statements to the board. Her responsibilities extended to risk management, investor relations, and implementing the Patel Group’s debt realignment plans. Under her leadership, the Company has successfully navigated complex financial challenges, securing its position as a leading player in the infrastructure sector.

Kishan Lal Daga, an accomplished civil engineer, brings with him a wealth of experience spanning five decades, both domestically and internationally. He has experience in construction industry and among these overseas experience in Dubai, Tashkent, Muscat, Mauritius and Mozambique. Business development in construction sector as well as other areas for the overall growth of company in technical, commercial as well as human resource areas. He was also associated with Indo African chamber of commerce and Industries as President for almost 12 years. Main objective of the chamber is to promote bilateral business development between India and Africa. He had extensive travel in various African countries leading the delegates of Indian business houses on behalf of chamber.

 In November 2005, Mr. Daga joined the Company as a Special Director-Projects, assuming responsibilities, primarily, focused on spearheading business development initiatives in overseas markets.  Mr. Daga, who has been a part of the CMD’s Office, currently spearheads the Contracts department, maintaining close ties with the Legal function. In this role, Mr. Daga is responsible for managing contractual and arbitration affairs across all projects undertaken by the Company, while also providing oversight on legal matters.

Jana Chatra has over twenty years of experience in consulting across corporate strategy, process redesign, risk management and compliance support in the banking & finance, manufacturing and services sectors. Her clients included the top banks, mutual fund and manufacturing companies in India. She has managed diverse teams in her leadership roles contributing to business performance and delivering on large and complex programs.

Jana has experience in Board positions including in audit and nomination and remuneration committees. She currently holds a Board position in a manufacturing company.

As a Partner in Excelus Capital Advisers, Jana focuses on enhancing regulatory compliance and efficiency improvement for her clients. Jana has previously worked with PwC, KPMG, Zurich Financial Services and WNS (part of Capgemini).

Jana holds a MMS (MBA) degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and B.Sc. (Chemistry) from Women’s Christian College.

He is a retired I.A.S officer and the last position he held before retirement was as a Special Secretary & Financial Adviser at the Ministry of Road Transport, Highways & Shipping, New Delhi. He is an experienced and highly impactful administrator.

In his three and half decade of service, Mr. Singh has held various positions and has driven transformation in all his charges and upheld the highest standards of integrity in them. Amongst these is the Additional Chief Secretary-ship in the Government of Manipur, where he looked after forest and wildlife conservation, the environment, climate change impact, adaptation and mitigation. He also held the post of Joint Secretary in Government of India.
